National Parks in Zimbabwe have worked hard over the years to preserve their wildlife and beautiful landscape. Motobo is just one of the examples of where they have succeeded; today guests can visit the Motopas National Park and enjoy the unique Zimbabwean landscape and charming bush. The hills of the Motopas hills were formed over 2 million years ago and span over 21 square kilometres of river valleys and rolling hills. Here, you’ll find over 200 tree species, 100 grass species, 175 birds and 88 mammals. It’s important to wear long trousers and closed shoes while visiting as there are also 39 types of snakes.
